Ingredients

Ziziphus sativa (jujube) is said to improve strength, stimulate appetite, and enhance liver health. Jujube fruit and jujube seeds contain flavonoids, saponins, and polysaccharides.

Viola odorata, commonly known as banafsha is generally used in breathing problems including sudden (acute) and ongoing bronchitis, asthma, emphysema, “dust-damaged” lungs, swelling (inflammation) of the respiratory tract, cold and flu symptoms, hoarseness, cough, and chest congestion.

Prunus dulcis, popularly known as Almonds, comprise of healthy fats, fiber, protein, magnesium, and vitamin E. Almonds lower blood sugar levels, help in reducing blood pressure, and lower cholesterol levels.

Cassia fistula (magz amaltas) has anti-diabetic, anti-tumor, cholesterol lowering, astringent, febrifugal, purgative, anti-inflammatory properties therefore it soothes and regulates respiratory organs.

Dosage

Twice a day after lunch and dinner for 3-4 months.

Directions to use

One Teaspoon of medicine is taken in 1 cup of lukewarm water.
